            That placement is allowed, but highly discouraged, even penalized to some extent. The first thing that the visitor sees are ads, Google does not like that.

              I agree, I think you have to remove one of the ad so that your blog will not look a blog full of ads. I think the ad on the side bar is a good option to be removed.
