Free/Cheap SERPs Tools That Show Continuous Progress?

You know how WebCEO shows how your listings are improving or declining from every time you run your reports? Is there anything like that, that is cheap or free?
I'm thinking about just saving profiles in RankChecker and then exporting the data to an excel doc with formulas that do the up & down & sorting for me, but that's a few hours worth of work I'd rather not do if there's a free tool.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
