I want to sell an exact match domain...

I have a pretty awesome exact match domain I want to sell. According to Google Adwords Kewwords Tool, it gets 590 EXACT match searches globally, 390 locally, and it's low competition. It's within the ipad niche.

I originally bought the domain on backorder from godaddy, waited 3 months until it finally expired and godaddy snatched it for me. I want to sell it now because I'm not really doing anything with it... it's just a static website with one affiliate offer and barely any traffic, (I haven't actually tried to promote the site at all, because I never had enough content up and thought the site wasn't worth promoting just yet) I want to sell the domain because I see serious potential in it (because it's such a high searched, low comp exact match) but I just don't have the time to put into it what someone else can.

My questions are:

1.) How much do you think I should sell it for, given the info I provided?

2.) Is flippa the only place to sell domains? What is another reputable place.

3.) I've never sold a website before, how do I make sure I don't get ripped off?

4.) Say I list my site for sale on flippa or somewhere else... can I pull the offer at any time, or do I HAVE to sell it to the person who makes the highest offer?

I'm thinking about trying to sell it, but if I can't get a decent amount than I'll just keep it and hopefully eventually do something with it. Thanks!

    Going through your post, it's clear that the domain is registered at godaddy. Godaddy allows you to sell domain on their domain auction. They also allow you to put on premium listing but there is a fee for premium listing.

    Although flippa is mainly useful for selling websites but there have been few domain sells lately and it seems to me that more people are involved in domain buying and selling in flippa. Best thing would be to try but flippa charges 29.99 listing fee + 5 % of the sales commission.

    When it comes to selling domain, I think, SEDO.COM is the number one place. You can check them out.

    Another option available is snapnames but they required you to have your domain registered at moniker.com.

    As far as pricing about your domain is concerned, it depends on buyers and sellers. If there is a buyer who is looking for the exact domain then you probably might get good price but if there are no buyers then your domain worth nothing.

    If you are not putting any effort to put content on the site and no effort to promote the site then, I think, it is better to try to monetize through domain parking. By monetizing your domain through domain parking, you get to know how many inquiries your domain is getting and how many people are typing your domain name while searching for the keyword. And if you find out that the domain is getting decent visits then it definitely is going to worth some decent value.

      Write a little piece of copy to sell it put up a contact form on the page.

      Write an email to drive them to the page.

      Email the top 30 sites in your niche with what you want for it.

      It would be hard to say what the value is because I don't know the website name.

      The site is the keyword. If your KW is "ipad cases" it's not worth as much as "Buy Latest Gen Ipad". Cases are cheap.

      So asking for the value here without anyone knowing that is like asking a fish how big is the ocean? How would he know he's only seen a fraction and you didn't even say which ocean.
