What SEO Methods is this site using?

This site is currently ranked number 1 on google (for me) for the keyword "buy viagra".

I took a look at the link profile using this site: ranksignals.com


It looks like many of the sites links are coming from low quality sites where the link to "buyviagrakdc.com" is included somewhere on the page, randomly.

The site does not appear to use backlinks from comments, or forum profiles, or web 2.0 sites, but rather links from some other method which I have not read about on this forum.

the fact that this site ranks number 1 without appearing to use any of the back linking methods espoused on this site calls into question the validity of much of the advice about backlinking that is passed around on this forum. (furthermore, this is not the only high ranking site that I have found which is using the backlinking profile which I described)

Is anyone familiar with the strategy that this site is using?

Does anyone know how this site was able to get links from all these spammy looking sites?

Can anyone describe this method to us?

I am going to do some investigation on my own, but just wondering what others think.

    I notice three things:

    1. The page copy is very spammy (have a look right down the bottom for the variations of buy viagra)
    2. 100% of the links I can find do not have the nofollow tag
    3. These links seem to come from old web sites. I suspect these old web sites are using some sort of user agent redirection where Google sees and counts the links, but normal browsers do not. Maybe these sites have been hacked? Thing is the site owners would not realise it because they would never see the links, even if they viewed page source. Pretty clever stuff.

    Adult sites are hard to rank, becoz mostly sites not accepted URL when we submitted. So try to be error free your website, add some unique and fresh content in website, submit articles who accept adult category ( ex. ezinearticles). Or if you targeted your website in geo location than set it in google webmater tool
