If I have a link on my homepage called "Videos" and the link takes me to the URL, base(.com)/videos-for-sale, with the header as "Videos For Sale" is this okay for SEO?

The anchor doesn't match the URL completely but does contain the word "Videos." Is this affective and still good for SEO? I'd rather not include the entire keyword in my anchor for brevity purposes, because the visitors already know they are looking at a list of links of items for sale.

If having the link just say "Videos" makes sense to your users there's no need to use the entire keyword. You can also add title="Videos For Sale" to the link which will help in regards to SEO and will only be visible in some browsers when the link is hovered over.
