Social Bookmarking & Upvoting Service?

Hi there guys and gals,
I'm hoping someone can help!
I am in need of a social bookmarking service that includes or offers upvoting and that is drip fed. I know there is a thread on here with someone offering something along those lines but its not the one I'm looking for and despite various Google searches I cant seem to find anything. I have been using AI Ghost which was working really well for me but I now need a backup service for when I run into issues with AI Ghost.
I found a self service website that did this a while ago but unfortunately didn't bookmark it (face palm) so I'm hoping one of you fine people are using something like this and can point me in the right direction.
