Panda and Ad Placement

Hi everyone,

I started a new site, and I put my ads on my sidebar. After getting a horrible ctr, I thought I should move them.

However, I'm worried about Panda, and how it affects ads. My site is divided up 670px article/330px sidebar, and I thought I'd put a 300x250 ad in the top, left-hand corner of each post.

How does Panda respond to ads right in the article like that? Am I going to get hit?

If you use three ads unites, you are safe.. don't use more than 3, doesn't look good and may be you would get penalized as well.
