    If an info graphic is good, it will be picked up by a lot of related content pages through out its niche.

    That could be a lot of contextual juice pointing to the info graphic.

    I would say it's the good content that ranks well, not the infographic. I'm sure there are plenty of poor quality infographics, and none of them are going to be ranking. Instead of trying to game the system and rank an infographic because it's "easy" why not make quality content and put it in the right channels, then others will share and it will move up naturally.
