Do I have to create a new adsense ad script every time I want to place a new ad on a site? let say I have a script 300x250 for one site. Can i just go and copy and paste this script to my new site? or do I have to make another one? let me know thanks.

It is good to create a new ad everytime so that you can track which sites makes you money. If you are using the same ad for Site 1 and Site 2, how can you know how much you are making from either Site 1 or 2. This would get handy when you have 100 domains, and it is time to renew them. You would have to choose which domain to renew or leave to expire.

Better to make a new one for two reasons...

        1) You can track how each ad does on each site
        2) Better opportunity to get targeted ads suited to each site
