Best Free PPC Spy Tool?

Looking for the best PPC spy tool for finding what keywords a competitor is bidding on and how much they are spending. I used a tool in the past but do not remember the name of it but it was presented herein WF!

SEMRUSH or Spyfu. I've used both and they are great. Spyfu is a bit higher in price, but easier to use IMHO.
