10 cents is 10 cents more than you had yesterday, so in a way you could call it profitable. The question is - just how profitable do you want to be? If it's something you truly believe you can become an authority in, then my opinion is that it's still worth considering. But if you're just targeting it solely because you believe you have found an uncompetitive niche, then I would say avoid it.

EDIT: Please bare in mind i am using AdSense, so the EPC is what I am talking about really...
If i am not wrong, you are telling that you have found a niche with low competition and low CPC. Now you are trying to build a site on the same niche with adsense on it and trying to bring traffic to your site using Adwords. To dismay you, it wont work to make it profitable at all rather you will loose money. First of all whatever google wont pay you the same amount of money which they will take from your adwords account. Secondly, if you get 100 clicks to your ads then all of them wont click on the ads on your site as they have already came to your site from an ad. So bottom line is that you will be loosing money at the end if you go with adwords. Go with seo as the competition is low, you will be profitable in long run.

Not using AdWords and never plan to.

I am using AdSense to monitize the site.

And yes it is LOW competition keywords, with large amounts of traffic and better yet, little to no competition.

If it's a site you have on the side & already have the content, fine, but I wouldn't want to try & use a niche that is notorious for low CPCs as my main site.

Yes Google will show Adsense Ads based on traffics browser history, but the catch-22 is, If your optimizing your pages for a keyword to help generate search traffic then Google will also show Ads based on those keywords.

You could still use the lower converting site as a feeder site to help funnel traffic into higher paying pages or other similar niche sites/domains. I have one site that's only a few video tutorials, my traffic asked for the tutorials but my main money site is a download site that I didn't want to clutter with videos, even though the videos are relevant to the overall niche. I use that video site to help funnel relevant traffic back to my money site when the traffic is finished watching the video tutorials.

Example, If I had an automotive niche forum I could create a 2nd site about auto insurance, then advertise my insurance site on the automotive forum (drive traffic) & never even try to rank an insurance page in the SERPs. I would still make money on the insurance site from the relevant automotive forum traffic.

    Basically,

I am planning to build authority site based on a conspiracy with 10-50 low competition broad keywords paying a CPC of 0.10 cents.

Lets say I manage to dominate this area, is it a profitable move? or wont the CPC cover the traffic flow?

Please anyone with ANY advice please reply below.

    Thanks in advance.
