Is .org.uk ok?

Hi are the tld of .org.uk as good as .co.uk for uk websites targetting uk niches?

Is the domain

randomkeywords.com

as good as

keywordsrandom.com

What I am asking is should the keywords be the first words in a domain?

Nominet's rules say "Registrants in .org.uk are intended to be not-for-profit or public service enterprises".

They also have wording to the effect that they don't do much to enforce that but personally I wouldn't want that possibility hanging over me.

With regard to keywords in the domain, it can help. Order can make a difference but you can't control what everyone searches for, so it can't help 100% of the time,
