If the high PR domain is directly related to the site you want to 301 too.
Then sure.
If not then no.

But, if the PR is legit you can always build up a little site. And after that link back to your personal site.

Online Only Mentioned can be done. And would be alot safer in terms of any possible negative effects.
Host the High PR domain separately, And build a Niche related site on it. Then use that site to direct links to your main site.
It does mean having to do, 2 sets of content. Main Site and Link Feeding site. But its the safest play to make in that situation.

First why would you do such thing?? just add a link so that the juice will flow on the page you wanted to gain extra PR. besides PR is no longer that important to seo.. concentrate on your traffic and impressions on social media.

Well for some person the PR is very important, and a lot of peoples are looking for it, becouse all think that with a good PR of website it can change the life on the internet. For example myself i am doing the same thing, first to register on some forum or somewhere i am looking of the PR of the website, and if it have the pagerank less than 2 i nevere go in.
