Question on 2nd tier links

I have about 12,000 1st tier links that is all links put togather from different sites of mine, sending backlinks to this 1st tiers links (12,000) is really cumbersome hence have decided to convert them in the 100s to rssfeed url before backlinking to them this way will help reduce the bunch or plenty links listed above.
That is, the 12,000links will now be 120 rssfeed links, this will be much easy to send 2nd tier link to. My question is that , sending backlinks to the 120 rss feed urls is it as effective as sending it directly to the 12000 links
