Confused about Panda :|

Hey,

After every Panda update/refresh my sites are getting hit and I'm completely loosing myself.

FYI, I have never been hit by a penguin since I believe my SEO strategy is the most whitehatest in the world. (I'm only getting links from relevant sites through e-mailing and relationships).

However, lately my sites are getting hit by Panda updates and I really don't know what else should I do. The very same thing happened on the 7th May (I guess it was Panda refresh).

I'm getting outranked by a lot of crappy sites that are stuffed with outgoing affiliate links, while I have only links to wikipedia and other authority sites that are relevant.

What I have done to NOT get hit by Panda:

Bounce rate 60% - I believe this is OK (sites with bounce rate 90% are still ranking skyhigh)

100+ indexed pages - I have never been a fan of "there must be atleast XXX pages", but I believe it's better instead of having only 1-2 pages. (I'm still getting outranked by sites that have mainpage+about me+privacy policy :confused

No broken links, no HTML errors, no 404 pages - I have run a Screamingfrog several times towards my site to check onsite errors. I have cleaned all my broken links, all my 404 pages etc.

No grammatical errors - My content has no grammatical mistakes at all since all the articles are being proofread by native UK guy who is working for me. His job is perfect. (I'm still getting outranked by spun nonsense content that is not even readable)

Average time on site 2min+ - I have increased my average time on site to 2min+ which is pretty good I guess. I have relevant pictures, relevant videos (embed from YT), interesting - juicy content - every article 700+ words. Everything is clean and neat.

No keyword, title, meta stuffing - I have tried to make my sites so natural as they can be. There is no keyword stuffing, I have dynamic meta description, titles are all unique and relevant. Furthermore, I do not have any duplicate content(!). (However, I'm still getting outranked by sites that have overall main keyword in every single title, in every single meta description and keyword density atleast 5%)

I have no Ads, no affiliate links no paid links inside my content

I have responsible theme, works perfectly in every single browser.

I have social buttons which are being shared/liked frequently

Site is well structured with great internal linking

Am I missing something important? I can't really understand why every site I make get's #¤(%/! by Panda. Is it some wordpress hijack or wordpress plugin hijack? I really can't understand why Google does not love my sites.

Maybe you haven't been hit by Panda and just lost link juice cause your perhaps blog posts at popular sites are now at page nowhere?

Perhaps you ranked only cause of the Google Freshness Query thing and now Google put you where you should be?

Are you 100% sure that your content writer is really writing the content and not using some sort of mashed up thing with pieces from all over the place? Or perhaps some poor executed curated content type of site that you have?

Perhaps your site is not focused enough and covering way too many different topics that have low relevance to each other?

Too many people are so quick to blame panda, when cause
and effect are so mixed up.

Since people come here in droves each day complaining, it
can't be because of some panda.

      People over emphasize panda.

I just cannot believe that real people with real websites as
a real business just fall all over such panda nonsense.

Now I used to think it was only the WF crowd. But with
squidoo just acting insane, and I mean INSANE, I just can't
help but think how idiotic people who have websites have
      become. Just crazy.

The people at squidoo should know better. But their tweaks are
just not even close to being rational.

      Let the games begin!

NO, NO, NO to everything but the last paragraph. It can be the issue. Some of my articles can go a bit far of the actual "main keyword" topic, but not too far I guess.
Should I make those article more tightened?

Let's say I have a site about how to make videos. Is it bad if I add articles about "how to promote your videos" or "history of videos?"

    No that's not bad.

I more mean some ecommerce sites that sell all type of different things. I know you don't have an ecommerce site but just as an example.
