Best PPC networks aside from AdSense

Hi Warriors,
I am looking for AdSense alternatives that may work well with my video streaming website. I know the CPM is highly relative to a number of factors including the specific niche. I currently have over 50k daily unique visitors and well over 100k daily page loads. I'm using Adorika right now and making approx $30-50 per day.. but I feel that this is a bit low for this high level of traffic.
I have a eCPM of approx 0.06 and this seems extremely low. With AdSense, I was making around $300/day until my account was disabled. I would really appreciate it if anyone would have some suggestions on how to better monetize this much traffic. I've tried affiliate networks with no luck and many other PPC networks, but not many are very reliable or have decent payouts.
If anyone can give me a few tips on monetizing this traffic or refer me to a decent PPC network, that'd be GREAT. Here is a list of some of the networks I've tried already: Clicksor, taggify.net, adorika.com, sitescout, adsense, cj, Yieldads, dynamicoxygen, clickbank, cpalead, Yesup, and many more.
