    There is no magic number for keyword density.

    If you just make sure your keyword is somewhere in the content and the content is relevant.

    By trying to include your keyword over and over again in your content it won't read well and you may run in to problems if it's seen as over optimization.

    Create content for users and not for google bots and you'll be fine. That's the only magic formula you need.

    Blimey, it's 2013 and people are still talking about keyword density!

    Do you honestly think it matters? When a "normal" person (non IMer or SEO guy) is writing content, do you think they count the number of times the keyword is included? Is that something Google would expect from a normal content writer?
