SEO Ranking Dance - Different Google domain/hl

Hello,

I'm working on a website SEO and I found some issues with my SEO ranking.
First of all the website that I have is a .com and I want to rank in Romania.

So far so good. Now if I try with google.ro I came on position #2-#5 for a search term. If I go on google.com I'm on position #50+. Different results come with different browsers also. What is the explanation? What shall I do to improve my ranking on com also?

I mention that all other competitors in #10-12 are there for both searches.

      if your website language romanian and you have backlinks from . ro website or romanian websites

      you will rank very will on google.ro

      rank change on every country , google.com, .co.ma . fr . es....
