Has anybody invited guest bloggers to write on their blog? What has been your experience (positive, negative)?

Using Klout | The Standard for Influence and their handy keyword search feature, it's easy to find bloggers with a lot of followers and influence. Having a high clout blogger write a post for your blog can drive traffic.
