    Hi

Age does NOT matter, I can give hundreds of examples. EMD will help a little bit, but not much.

Then you need to analyze which domain have the most solid backlinks, like how many backlinks do the domain have, whats the quality of them, site wide or nor not etc. You cant decide the quality of a domain by just look at PR.

I would take Aged Non-EMD domain any day over New EMD domain.

Age will give you better boost than EMD these days.

I would say it´s a matter of time and money. With an aged High PR domain you will get indexed faster and your site will beat several newbie competiors directly. However Since your content is new you should not count on any magic to happen. You still have to get relevant high quality backlinks.

But if you compare new EMD with aged high PR I would go for the aged one.
