Is there a minimum content for Adsense?

Hi, my idea is to make long-term income source so I decided to get started with adsense and wordpress. My niche is investing in solar panels for homes as I have interest in this topic and I did my keyword research too. So I setup the wordpress site, bought one article on the topic and applied for adsense but got rejected. I bought another article, which is already on the website and I will write a few more myself but had not tried again with adsense yet. So, my question is there a minimum amount of content required? Also, I know this is not make money fast scheme, that is why I look at it as long-term income source and my eventual goal is to have at least 50 such websites.

    This is not official but Google seems to rank things over 300 words and thisng over 550 really well.

    This is my observation from building over 300 sites lifetime.

      Thanks for the fast response, the articles I bought fall between this range of lenght, but I talk about the articles, not their length. Is there a minimum amount of articles needed before applying to adsense and can I try to apply again with brand-new website and only 2 articles?

    There's no text min./max. for an Adsense page, I have well over 1,000 pages on multiple domains that probably average around a sentence of text, a paragraph on a few. The content doesn't have to be an article, that's just something people on IM forums got stuck in their heads when they were blasting junk article directories for backlinks to their Adsense sites/pages. Don't get me wrong, I have tons of content, but it's not articles. I've been successfully running Adsense for at least 6 years, never had any problems from Adsense.

    I get the feeling your reading Adsense MFA ebooks considering your talking about building 50 sites, doesn't sound like your focused on long term earnings building MFA sites.

    If you are talking about getting accepted by adsense then who knows

    When I did it I just had a blog.
    I would not put that web address in when signing up.

    It's the traffic , zero traffic? You will never get accepted. Traffic first before you apply to Adsense.

      I agree. I would wait for at least 20-30 unique visitors a day before applying.

      In my case, I had 23 arts with premium wordpress theme and 20-30 UVs when I applied for adsense with. They accepted in 3 days.

      Traffic has nothing to do with it!
      I created a "personal" blog with only 4 posts with about 100 words each
      dont forget the disclaimer page

    Adsense will reject application from new website. Give yourself and your website sometimes, build and keep working on your website at least 3 month, and try to reapply.

    Thanks to everyone, I am starting to build up the content and grow the traffic over the next few months. No chance I am giving up on this, thats why I have not had any online success yet too much giving up and reading, time to actually do some work. Thanks again to everyone.
