Not able to accept new terms and conditions

I am getting the notice asking me to accept new terms and conditions but there aren't any checkboxes or buttons that allow me to "Accept". My email address is the only one on the account and should be an administrator. Any suggestions?

    People never cease to amaze me. How were you expecting to get help? Whatever you're referring to, you did not mention it in the title (subject) of your post, or in the body of your post. Despite all our sarcasm and snipping at one another in this forum, there are actually people willing to help others here. But you need to at least toss a person a bone to get that help my friend!

    the issue is i cant seem to find some checkboxes or what to accept the new terms and conditions. i scroll down until the end and all i could see is "continue login to your adsense"
    or "sign out"
