Change IP For Web 2.0 Sites?

Just wondering what and if there is a good program or site to build web 2.0 sites but under a different IP?

I found a post on ways to hide IP's but it was from quite a while ago and wasn't sure if that's the best route to go.

So Google doesn't detect that the 2.0 sites are all coming from the same IP as the site that way it looks more natural.

    well i do recommend that you focus first on one web2.0 site.. so that you can concentrate on boosting its traffic and rank. and what you do with multiple web2.0 site?
