Hi to all Warriors in here. Friends i need your help. I'm unable to find my domain anywhere in Google's indexes. Its related to courier industry and instead i see my subdomain everywhere.

Tried "site:domain.com" and can't see any results.

Received a review from google that they have not penalized the domain and the domain is clean. Now the big question is that how can i get my domain back to indexes??

The company i'm working for, used to outsource the SEO work to another company, and my webmasters accounts shows that my traffic dropped immediately after that company was asked to discontinue its services and i was hired for the same.

Date when previous company was asked to discontinue: Feb 9, 2013
Date when domain was penalized: Feb 11, 2013

I started my operations from 10th Jan 2013. So is it possible that the previous company did something mischievous to get the domain penalized by google?? Please share your expert opinion. Thanks

Have you checked the backlinks lately?
Maybe the previous seo company removed links, or added some blackhat links

You fired the SEO company and they removed your links.

    End of story.

Thank you guys for your suggestions.

@veecreate: Sitemap is submitted and 30 links out of 32 are indexed.

@mrgee: its not about spammy backlinks as google has already responded to our reconsideration request and we are clean.

Make sure your robots.txt file isn't restricting search engine access to your site.

        Yes, that's true.

Maybe, out of sheer revenge, they this nasty thing to you.

Check robots.txt and look if your site isn't blocked.

You can do it by going to yourdomain.com/robots.txt

Also, if you are running WordPress go to Settings -> Reading and look for tiny little box with text "Discourage search engines from indexing this site". This box should be UN-checked.

Thirdly, simply go to your homepage and check the source code (CTRL+U usually). Look for noindex meta tag. It shouldn't be there.

Fourth option ... Google lied to you. The employee was just too lazy to actually check your website so he just told you it's OK. But in reality it's not.

Thanks netmatrix & Tiiberiuss, for your suggestions. But i have already checked robots.txt & noindex tags and they don't exist. Below is the robots file content.

    User-agent: *
    Disallow:
    Disallow: /cgi-bin/
    Sitemap: http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap.xml

Anything else that comes to your mind, then pls let me know. By the way there are some options which can get your domain removed from Google, i found this out of my study all this while. Following:

    1. Adding Meta tags to hide links from Google. How to delete your site from google. - meta tags seo search engines

    2. Place a link removal request to Google. How to Remove a Url from Google in less than 24 Hours

    3. Place a change of web address request to redirect traffic to another site.

    4. Black Hat SEO which is illegit way of promoting a website, due to which Google can Penalize a domain name.

    5. Adding some codes to get the domain de-indexed. 17 Ways to Get De-indexed by Google
