My Must Do's for $1000/night through adwords (no im not trying to sell anything lol)
- SEO |
What I like to do, when searching for keywords. Is use my own judgement on keywords in adwords. For example, I was running an **** berry detox campaign through a cpa method (yes I know, they're everywhere lol). I personally had better results with phrases like 'weight loss pill' instead of just 'weight loss'. This is obvious to some of you I know. And that is a very broad example as I am still running that campaign and don't want to give too much away. You have to think like the consumer. If you were searching for weight loss would you try a pill?... No, yes, maybe? Me personally, I did find out what their answers were but if you haven't got much money I'd advise that you not bother. Yes, more people search 'weight loss' than 'weight loss pill' but to me, It's like throwing money away because a lot more people will convert with 'weight loss pill' for that particular offer for example.
Also, probably the MOST key factor for me is how I set up campaigns. I think this will string a lot of it together for you. So, what I do is once I have ALL my keywords. I seperate them into campaign groups with about 5-6 of the keywords in each and set them up that way. This allows you obviously to track where the best results are coming from! I know, it is very time consuming at first but it's not if you think about it because you will wittle out the useless keywords to begin with. Once you find the best converting group(s) you can then focus in more but setting up campaigns directly at 1 keyword. And penultimately find the best converting keyword(s). Simply plow as much money as you can afford and that money will only grow.
Tips: If running cpa offers then use sub ids to track sales/conversions.
Hope this helps!
