    If you know what those links are and where they are coming from, you can use Google Webmaster Tool, and send the request to exclude them.

    You have to try and get these links taken down on your own before you can submit a request via the disavow tool. Google wants to see that you have done everything in your power to remedy the situation on your own and that you are turning to them as a last resort. Also make sure to take detailed account of your activities. Offer any information you can on how this problem occurred and what you are doing to fix it.
