How do I fix a problem with a bad AdSense site purchase?

So, I purchased an AdSense WSO here on the forum 4 months ago and the ads still have not been loaded onto the site. I took a huge leap of faith in hiring this warrior, someone who was unknown to me. I hired him based on the excellent reviews he was getting here for his services. In the beginning I heard from him often and the progress was steady. Now, his responses come days and days later, if at all, with hollow promises. Why is it when you're ready to praise someone's work you hear back from them with glowing thanks within minutes, and when there's a problem, you hear nothing for days?

I am not sure if I have any recourse here due to the length of time since I purchased his product.

I realize I am a novice at this and may have gotten burned, but I'd like to hear if anyone has suggestions for a solution to this problem. Hopefully this is the correct section for a post such as this.

    There is no right section to post this - you made a buying decision and unless you can do a chargeback on your credit card you may be stuck with the loss.

    The seller is banned here - and the offer is closed. That should tell you something.

    Honestly, unless you know the person giving the glowing review,they are pretty worthless too.
