I think, your website is still new and has few backlinks coming from other sites and linking to other sites. I think you should follow the following promotions which are totally free.

1. Forum posting related to your website keywords.
2. Blog/website commenting related to your website or blog.
3. Regular search engine submissions.
4. Directory Submission eg. Bing, yahoo, google, DMOZ etc.
5. social media submission.
6. youtube video comment related to your website`s keyword.
7. Google plus, join community on Google plus related to your website keywords and keep commenting.
8. Article submission.
9. Pinging & SEO services.
10. Regular updating your blog or website with posting new posts with at least 500 words post.

By obeying the above tips, after 3/4 months of hardwork for SEO, the targeted traffics, backlinks, and pagerank will increase independently.

    True but as of today some of them or some of the quality sites has given a bad reputation.. so you have to analyze them first before you use them. check for PA and DA of the website before submitting your link or site.
