The CMS has little do to with SEO.

But it may be wise to use something that's good right out
    of the box.

WP is bloated and you need a plugin for everything.
WP is quite lame when compared to real..er...other
    CMS.

I'd go with the php, for the sheer sake of being able
    to edit it easily.

And being able to edit things EXACTLY the way you
want, may be the ticket to better SEO.

But in all reality, do we need a pinterest clone? I
    mean one is not enough?

Why not think of something truly unique. Oh wait!
If one is worrying about SEO, how about original and
    unique? What a concept.

Thanks you very much . for your advice mate. Actually . I got a good domain name for a cheap price with backlinks, LLLL letters and ranking . The pinterest clone is best for this domain. That's the reason I am trying tp install it..
Then I made some researches and selected 2 of the above. But I am ok with the two of them . But I have to select the best which will keep the domains SEO. that's why I want know the best,.

So your saying that I should stick with the PHP clone (pinnect clone) Right??

And also when I tried the demo of both of that the wordpress theme's loading speed is very fast even in y hosting the wordpress loads fast. and the php takes some time.

I actually must respectfully dissent from @paulgl.

The fact that WordPress encompasses a WYSIWYG makes it possible to perform on-page SEO without html knowledge. This alone makes WordPress a valuable CMS.

Even more important than this point is the fact that WordPress is the most widely used CMS in the world. In turn, this has made it the most versatile CMS in the world due to the fact that it you can think of a function which a plugin can add to your WordPress website, changes are there are ten different free versions of that very plugin.

Therefore, to get back to answering your question, you are going to be able to add more overall functionality, and have more control of your Pinterest clone if you place it on a WordPress platform.

I have only come across two or three plugins which have slowed my website down, and all that I did was replace them with similar plugins that did not slow my site down.

For instance, the two sites in my signature were built on a WordPress platform, and both have a myriad of plugins running.

I really don't think you have anything worry about if you decide to go with WordPress.
