10 Month old site 1000+ pageviews a day Continue or Flip ?

Haven't posted in quite a while now , as I have been doing tons of work these couple of weeks.

I have currently taken one of my sites from 0-1000+ pageviews a day in less than 10 months time and are kind of skeptical on what to do with it as through the work for the website I have closed 3 offpage seo contracts (they contacted me).

The site is currently steadily earning $1000+ a month (from amazon only I don't use anything else) with 25%-30% reinvested back each month in content ( have a dedicated writer) and general link building (I do it myself with a few V.A's so its cheaper) .

Should I just reinvest all the money it earns back into it and reevalute in a few months ?

What value would it have to flip it as it hasn't been hit by any google algorithm (panda 23-24-25 and penguin 2.0 #4) and the traffic is rising ?

Amazon sites are volatile. I have an Amazon site that earnt me $3,200 last month in a HOT market. I invest none of it back into the site because it's already ranking #1 for my desired terms. I could probably flip it for $10-$15k, but what's the point?

I'm waiting for December when I know it'll bring me at least $10k in one month.

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

I think he got pissed because I called him out for saying he made $20k a month 4 months ago. I don't get why he deleted the thread though. I believe the $5k a month claims - that's simple enough with enough time and effort - so why delete it?

That's a question that is totally up to you. Are you willing to take any of the long term risks that come with keeping it? Or, are you more interested in a short term cash in, but potentially losing more long term?

First of all congrats to you.

I would suggest to keep it for sometime and earn more money from Amazon and then you will be able to flip for more money than current one. As domain's age and total earnings from it will be increased, you will be able to quote for better price than now.

That was my first intention on keeping it but If I am able to flip it for something worthwhile I would prefer to develop something else rather than an Amazon site.

I know if I keep it and continue what I am doing I will hit 5 figure months in a couple of years.

If I am able to develop what I have in mind ( a real online business ) not a middle man those 5 figure months (maybe 6 figure ones) will come alot faster.
