    According to the Google Search engine providing best result in that to avoid some of the spammers, Every time they will update google to provided good information to users. For every update they will keep one Name like Panda Update and Penguin Update. You can see this list of all the Google algorithm updates and read important information in every updates.

    Penguin 2.0 is supposed to be more sophisticated. It will hunt down paid links and will better target "black hat" link spammers.

    I expect another very harsh update.

    Yes, all these updates are towards finding these unnatural blackhat links. After penguin 1, sites having backlinks majority of which have the exact keyword as anchor text got hurt, since this looks unnatural. In penguin 2, they are also looking for these blackhat links, and trying to judge the experience of your visitors in your site.
