Hi,
I have been trying to buy domain with pr4 or more for many days.
Is it hard to find pr4 with valid backlinks ?

I have been looking at expireddomains.net and they are so fast to go that I cant get even one domain.
However there are many pr 1,2,3 and 4 but they are with out any backlinks

How to I do this ?
