Game Plan Help For Ranking

Ok so I've been searching day in and day out for the proper methods to follow and have got some really good tips. For the last about 6 months to a year I've basically just been doing local sites based on referrals and I've got the local marketing pretty much down now. However now I'm back regular mini niche sites on hot products and am having a heck of a time getting it to rank.

The site is Panasoniclumixzs20.com (yes I know it's blah right now )

I'm mainly focusing on 2 keywords right now "panasonic lumix ZS20" and "panasonic lumix zs20 review".

I've been working quite a bit on this, I semi followed Matt Woodwards tutorials on Tiered link building and built several Tier 1 sites from 2.0's to articles to Youtube videos and press releases and then used automation to give those link juice.

I've also made sure to do several variations for my anchor text to make it look more natural. Not all just keywords click here, visit here, check out the review, along with the website url as some and then some keywords.

I've recently learned that method takes to much work with little return. So I'm at a loss now, and could use some help to point me in the right direction?

My #1 focus is quality content, I make sure it's 100% unique and written in my own way and try to offer visitors value vs just try to sell. I'm sitting on the middle to the top of page 3 right now for both keywords and can't get it to move from there.

Would sincerely appreciate any help to move up to page 1? Am I need of automation tools here, or will it eventually move to the top?

I'm not wanting to build big authority sites just mini niche sites focusing on one product for right now until I can figure out the proper way to rank, then I plan to move onto bigger and better things.

Any help pretty pretty please?

Thanks
Brad

You are correct in that your primary focus should be quality content.

At this point I would say just grab some high PR blog posts.

Many people doing what you are doing utilize private blog networks.

You do not need automation, just a handful of high pr links.

So the Blog Networks you can pay monthly for work pretty well for just little mini niche sites?

I mean I know just content isn't going to get me outranking C-Net and Amazon so I've gotta find something besides just content.
