Help With Adsense Placement

I made some changes to my website of recent. I like the new position of one of my adsense block, however i am not sure if this is find by google TOS..

Please let me know what u think base on your experience with adsense.

    Unless it is overlapping with the video, it should be fine.

    Would also like to know if it helped you increase Ad CTR.

      Of course it's a friggin violation.

      1.Tricking people into clicking...
      2.Covering youtube controls...
      3.Doing a site for youtube videos...
      4.popup covers adsense....
      Whew...I stopped counting...

      Violating youtube is violating adsense.

        Violating youtube is violating adsense.
        1. There is no trick, just close to the video so that's its highly visible.
        2. It don't cover any youtube control at all, as you can see its off the video by 2px.
        3. Will take int consideration.
        4. This depends. i must say i was not aware, however it wont always cover adsense for user can scroll up or down before adsense appear.

      actually i had a 3336*280 ads click below the video before, CTR was better than now, however current design is more tidy.
