I have a few Amazon websites and although most of them are Review sites which review one product only, i also have a couple of sites that have many posts reviewing many various items.

For example my health and beauty site reviews weight loss supplements, exercise machine etc.

I was wondering do the individual pages get indexed the same as a website would.
If so because i always use posts with WordPress would it be better to use individual pages rather than posts or does it not matter

In terms of indexing, whether you use pages or posts in WordPress it does not matter.

Agreed with above. They are exactly the same entities when it comes to how Google sees them. Any URL that you go to, whether it be google.com, google.com/maps, etc, is considered its own post/page.

Your regular posts/pages are part OF the website.

No pages, no website. For the most part. WF would have zip
indexed if threads, posts, etc. were not indexed.

The web would be an empty place. No videos on youtube,
no products on amazon, no news stories on NYT. Nothing.

Okay, a tad sarcastic, but sometimes I can't fathom
        some questions here.
