    Yes i see lots of serp increase when you get +1 vote. Don't use google plus exchange sites, google will delete them all.

      If those votes are legitimate, then they can help increase rank.

      NOTE:
      They will delete ANY vote's they don't think you should have, especially votes purchased from known sources. Example: If you have some Google+ circles and you get them to vote for your site, you can expect to have some of those votes removed because they were solicited. This is treated just the same as buying votes from known providers.

      Google plus button is very important, when visitors like your post they click the +1 button to share the post to his/her google plus page where other users will see and they will click +1, in that way you get many +1 vote for one topic.
