Need Help from the Experts - Ad relevancy

I have a site about comics. Until lately, the ads were always about comics and graphic novel-related subjects, eg

Forbidden Planet
Man of Steel
Watch Walking Dead on Netflix

Life was good and so was my ctr, which came in at 4%.

For the last week the relevancy of ads has gone to crap. Here are some of the ads currently on display (tested on different browsers in incognito mode):

Hotel booking (easytobook.com)
Beekeeping courses
How is your PPC account? (Wordstream.com)

The ads aren't related to comics and they aren't even related to each other! I don't know what I could have done to make this happen. The newest content I posted was something about superhero comics.

Please can someone who has experienced this give me some tips to get my ads relevant again? Ctr has plummeted!

Thanks in advance

What exactly did you do right before this happened?

Who is your ad provider? SOMEtimes, they will post ads related to your content on your site. Other times, they will post ads based on recent searches from your PC. Were you (or someone in your household) recently online, looking up airfare or hotels or something? You're obviously in Internet marketing, so you probably did a search related to that... thus the WordStream ad. And etc...

When counting on ad networks to provide ads, you're kind of stuck. If you want niche-related content, go find related products on content and post those ads yourself. Probably make more money that way anyway, depending on your demographic and how old your users are.

If you're going to direct members to 'click the link in your sig' this is what they'll see.

Hi guys, thanks for your help so far but I'm at my wits end! Revenue has dropped by 75%.

The site has 150 pages of content about comics and graphic novels but the ads currently showing (tested on different computers) are all about debt and industrial washers.

I've never written about or searched for these subjects, and I haven't done any changes to the site. I'd really appreciate ANY help because what was once making me £50 a week is making me £5. It feels like all my work has been for nothing.
