Sorry to hear this man, getting high ranking sucks, and a lot of legit people got hit after these updates. Have you considered getting 100,000 blog comment backlinks? That has proven to lower your rankings, rather fast.

Build backlinks with the same anchor text. There are high chances your ranking will drop.
