How we can effectively use Google disavow feature ?

I have been looking for some details but every time I look for google disavow details search shows me the same google webmaster tools pages and help provided their no doubt sufficient but still I want more clarifications.

Is there any benefit of removing links using this tool as we have robots.txt file option as well.

    My opinion is using tools like that only draw more attention to your site.

    May be better off just doing proper SEO to negate the bad links.

    hello friend, robots.txt is a text file resides in root DIR of website. It allow us to block complete or partial website portion. Robots.txt work fine for almost all search including google, bing, http://www.oko69.com etc.

    Disavow tool is pretty smart tool to inform google that you "would like google to ignore unnatural backlinks".
