Adsense keeps denying my website

Hello,

For starters, I know my domain name isn't a very good keyword in terms of Internet Marketing, but please keep in mind that I bought this website to create a simple blog with no plans to monetize it.

Now that I realized how much of a gem earning money online could be, I decided to turn my website into something that can become profitable.

I transformed my personal blog into a "Food Review" type of blog and at first, my purpose was to get my website recognized by many local restaurants so that they could invite me to write reviews for their website in exchange for free meals (Yes, I'm a broke College student who needs to eat! :p). Fairly enough, I have accomplished just that, but now I want something more!

I've tried adding adsense to my website about 3 times and it always stated that my content wasn't enough. I just wanted to know how much is enough? If possible, can anyone please let me know what I'm doing wrong with my website? Any tips or suggestions to let Adsense accept me?

    Stop wasting your time.

Adsense does not make sense for a small website in a low traffic niche.

You would do much better creating a paid listing area for your site, where you could have restaurants pay a small fee to have a better listing/desription with photos etc. You could then offer to make videos for them (for a fee) and do regular reviews of different parts of their menu etc...

    nothing to see here.

      Thank you for your insight.

      I'll be considering your suggestion.

I didn't see you posting any links to those restaurants, If they don't have a website build them a small site with their menu & social profiles & bill them.

Like Andy mentioned you would need a decent amount of consistent traffic & decent Ads from Adsense, which might not happen because food is a low cost item compared to most of the better paying niches available.

You can still do the food reviews on the side for free meals (If that's working for you).

Next link all the sites to your food review site to help cross promote the network of sites.

If for some reason a restaurant says they don't want to pay for a site, you could build them a one page site on a free host (blogger, weebly, etc...) in exchange for an extra free meal. Might be an easy way to double up on free meals. That's low budget, but you have to do whatever it takes sometimes.

You never know until you ask, you might end up with a free meal & money in your pocket.

You can also use affiliate programs in your website instead of google adsense.

I use a combination of affiliate ads and Google Adsense, but there are other options besides Adsense if you want to go that route. For example, you could use Chitika. There are others if you want to Google it.

Well, there is simple formula to get approved from Adsense and that is

your site should get traffic from Google search engine regularly, if your site is like this then you won't get any problem from Adsense.

According to me, let's give up and FORGET about Adsense.. Start something REAL (Adsense "loves" banning people when they reach min. payout WITHOUT any reason) ... Why don't you start Affiliate Marketing?

    Two thoughts -
    1) You are missing something Google requires like a privacy policy mentioned ^ or
    2) The bar is higher for applicants outside the USA

I don't immediately see anything wrong with your content.
