Worried About Adsense

So I have someone that wants me to set up an adsense account for them. I have built a website for them which is in my name. But it is their site, I am just their webmaster. Now they want to put adsense on the site but want me to create their adsense account and build their ads as well as place them on their site.

The issue I have is that I am worried if I create an account for them that Google will think it is another account for myself which is against their TOS I believe.

What would you do?

Can you create another gmail account for that company? Have them own the analytics and webmaster tools. delegate admin rights to your gmail account(so you can see the stats) and register for the adsense using their account?

Sounds all well and good but I have only 1 pc. They want me to personally sign them up since they are not exactly internet savvy. Here is what I was thinking:

I could use their gmail account...use a proxy...and hope that the website being in my name doesn't cause a problem. What do you think?

I would be more concerned about logging into multiple Adsense accounts from a single computer, IP, etc..., Google tracks everything.

Even If your legit, I'm sure it would eventually get flagged (probably on day 29, lol ). Maybe I'm paranoid, but I wouldn't risk my own Adsense account for anyone else.

I am a little paranoid myself.

Ok after thinking a little bit I am sure I could walk them through the sign up process over the phone. They are in CA and I am on the other side of the US. I could even walk them through the process of creating an ad...BUT the website would still be in my name...or maybe not lol...I just got my brain working. I can pay for it and simply put it in their name. LOL boy do I feel stupid. That solves the whole issue.

    Or am I forgetting something?

Edit: I would just have to buy a new site.

Don't even come close to doing it. You are more likely to face a permanent ban from google.

I don't know who your working with (client) but you never know If someone is legit, maybe it's a legit person that's just can't figure it out on their own, maybe it's a scammer that's had his Adsense account already banned?
