Stylish adwords ad with no arrows

I was just browsing the web when I found a website ---> How to Create Hyperlinks to Anchor Text on Facebook | Chron.com .I found its adsnese ads without arrow and so stylish...is it the old ad code or something else? Can any one tell me how to get ads like that?

    Large publishers, have much more flexibility when it comes to customising ads

    Unfortunately, unless you get millions of hits a day, you wont be able to do that

        I didn't verify what you said about the PR, but I just looked up the Alexa rank which 1294.

        Now, although, Alexa is not very reliable when it comes to ranking, but 1294 is what they have. Large Publisher, by all standards.
