How to make my marketing lander more FB ads friendly?

Hey, I've been trying to get my first batch of FB ads approved but they keep disapproving.

I'm promoting my squeeze page which teaches them how to make money.

My lander has the headline, the form for them to enter their email address, and the background has a picture of the beach (its one of those cool new squeeze pages :-)

Anyways, I think this might be too IM heavy and Facebook isn't liking it.

Any tips on getting my page approved?

I've seen other marketers (especially Frank Kern) get their ads approved which link directly to a website no problem so Im curious what they're doing different

Thanks!

You have to have a Privacy Policy. Do you?

      Nope.

How simple do we have to make the lander?

Simple is okay but FB is a stickler for the Privacy policy. Are you collecting personally identifiable info (PII) on your lander? If not you can generate a simple privacy policy and link it from the lander.

Okay just created a new squeeze page, I toned it down and just wrote my headline, some benefits, I have the optin form on there and below that a hyperlink to the privacy policy.

Give it a shot. FB is mysterious but that should help you get approved

I tried submitting the ad, and they disapproved it with this message:

"Ads for “work from home”, get rich quick and other inaccurate money-making opportunities that offer compensation for little or no investment aren't allowed on Facebook. This includes pyramid schemes or other money-making business models which do not fully explain any product or opportunity that makes a claim of income."

How can I make the copy on the actual FB ad less MMO-y?
