Strange Backlink Profiles

Hi,

I have been looking at the backlink profiles of these 2 sites:
Pain Behind Knee Help and Relief
painbehindkneecure.com

They both seem to have a lot of high PR backlinks, some are spammed blogs but others look to be in different languages.

Are these sites using sape backlinks? Not that it makes much difference to me I was just interested as some of the links don't look to be your normal private blog network type PR links.

    Definitely could be. Hard to believe that site ranks above WebMD. Google has really jumped the shark
