Do affiliate product feed count as duplicate content?

Hi Guys,
I made a site for a client, and we submitted a product feed to clixgalore.
I am asking this out of interest.
Does any one know how does Google treat these feeds? are they counting as duplicate content?
I dont think any of our affiliates actually bothers and changes the content, they just feed it into their system and hope for the best
So if any one knows how does Google treets these please let me know, or if this was allready coverd in another thread, I will be happy if you point me to it.
