Can we use adword from new account for same website

Hello,

I am new on adword. I setup an campaign, the day after I setup it I started getting clicks and the conversion is good. But Now when I added $300 in my account with the daily budget $200, the ad positions are getting worse. I am not getting any clicks. My question is, Can I use new adword account for the same website for where I am using adword earlier?

    Have you checked your "Quality Score"? This is the number which scores how many clicks you are getting per impression. If you get a lower number of clicks per impression, this hurts your Quality Score, which causes your ad position to fall.

    What I would suggest creating multiple ads with different titles. Track your Quality Score for each ad. Then use ad titles which return the highest Quality Scores.

    I know that this does not directly answer your question, but you are going to start running into the same problem over and over again if your Quality Score is low.
