  First - address why anyone in the US/UK would even want to visit your site, then worry about getting traffic to it.

Even if you get traffic I don't think they would click thru on anything, spend some time and effort on your blog, bring it to life spend some money on a copywriter to give it some flow and content that's worth reading then drive traffic to it.

Try joining those forums which received highest number of visitors from the USA and UK.. and contribute to those forums, you would get targeted traffic here.

Use Social Media. Posting your offer for example on a Facebook page with 100,000+ fans will work great... Also why don't you try to post your offer on some twitter accounts with several thousand followers (20k+ for example!)

These are the BEST free ways to drive good and TARGETTED traffic to your website! (as long as you manage to do it for free!)
