Pharmacy content?

Hey guys, I'm just getting started with PPC and I got a problem. I'm in the health niche, currently using Bing ads, and it seems my keyword is not allowed due to "pharmacy content".

If there's no way to get past this, what alternative PPC services could I use? Got suspended by Google so Adsense is no option.

    I believe you can use tier-3 PPC networks, but I'm not 100% sure.
