Hi,
I've just set a campaign in google promoting a CPA offer. Before creating a landing page I created an iframe to TEST whether the offer is going to convert or not.
About the iframe: I use php code to dynamically insert keywords in the title, meta, h1 tags.
I also have an article on a related topic in the iframe landing page.
About ads: one of the ads that I have has a keyword in the title.
About campaign structure: I have one keyword in phrase, exact and broad match types in one adgroup
About urls: I have a keyword in every destination url (if that matters at all)

The Campign details after launching: most of my keywords have a 4 quality score. Here's what google says about it.
Details of the quality score
Keyword Relevance Help This keyword isn't highly relevant.
Based on the keyword's relevance to the associated ad text, CTR, historical keyword usage, and other performance factors.
Landing Page Help No problems found.
Landing Page Load Time Help No problems found.

The CPC for keyword ranges from 3 to 13$ which is a lot higher then expected.

So where is the problem and why google doesn't like my campaign?
please help.

P.S in my adgroups Google shows that only one keyword is triggered - exact match keyword. Is that normal?

P.S.S May the actual CPA offer have an affect on this?

if you're using advanced, use their suggestions.

Without seeing the word ourselves, we probably can't offer much assistance.

Are you using long tails? try a short phrase using your keyword and see what that does for you

another thing, if your keywords are in quotes now, try removing the quotes and see what the score is.

Some of my keywords are short (2 words), some are longer (4)
What do you mean by removing quotes? phare match is in quotes - you suggest I remove that?

      Hi serjogins,

I recommend that you drop the broad match, even better, use the exact match only. If you still want to keep the phrase match, then put it into it's own ad group. You get a better quality score on exact match.

Use the AdWords Keyword Tool to check for any possible negative match words they might be triggering your phrase match keyword, but isn't extremely relevant. If your keyword can work for offers that are not very much like your own then you should go for longer terms, or expect to pay a higher price due to a lower QS.

Remove or rewite any ads that do not contain the keyword somewhere within the ad text (headline is usually best).

Well one big thing is that you're using dynamically generated keywords rather than hard coded keywords.

Dynamically generated keywords don't work on Google bots because there isn't an incoming keyword. Your PHP variable which pulls the keyword will be blank, therefore any dynamically generated keyword will be blank. So what really happened when Google scanned your page was they saw you had NO keywords in your Title, HL1, Metas, etc.

IMO Your campaigns are structured fine. 1 keyword per adgroup with all 3 variations. Hard code your keyword into your landing pages, buy a new domain and try again.

    Hi

I've had so much trouble trying to set up a Google Adwords account.

Everytime I try and set one up, my keywords quality score for every keyword is 7+ but it says none of my keywords are triggering any ads.

I wait a few weeks, to give Google time to review my campaign, then email them. They always just reply saying they closed the account and don't give a reason.

    In a nutshell:

    - I create an account with great quality keywords
    - My adverts appear as 'ACTIVE'
    - I get no clicks or impressions
    - Google close the account without a reason when I email them

Anyone have any ideas as to why this happens?

    Thanks

My first guess would be your website content was determined to be inappropriate for the AdWords program.

I have also heard of people who have been banned for life and as soon as AdWords makes the connection they close the account. It's not easy to fool Google for very long, they will generally make the connection eventually.

dburk, how do you find the negaive keywrds with Adwrods keyword tool?

Derek Pankaew, I have tested my keyword php code with google simualtion and the keywords show up fine. In fact it is the exact code that was recommended by SpeedPPC and on some popular IM blogs, but anyway I'll test a static keywrod page, see if that helps.
