How many times can i link to the same site?

Im an seo for a large company managing 35 lead gen blogs and 1 money site.
The money site is high traffic high pr, a link from this site to a few of the lead gen blogs has proven to be powerful, however i want to use this strategy safely and intelligently.
Money site is on diff server by the way, unfortunately the lead gen blogs are on the same server for the most part or i could have a nice little link network goong on
So lets say one of our bloggers writes an article that directly lends itself to a page on leadgen blog 1, and lets say in a few months she writes another article that lends itself to a different page on leadgen blog 1
How many times can i sprinkle links to the leadgen sites safely?
